Please, post all error reports on our forum in the Bug Report section. Our development team always monitors the forums.
What to do:
1. Log in to forums
2. Go to Bug Report section
3. Choose a subforum and create a new thread with the clearest name (For example, "Fatal error in the menu").
4. Describe a way to reproduce
5. Attach archived game logs and DxDiag (System Information Profile for Mac OS) file to a message by using "More reply options" (see information below)
Game logs can be found here:
- Windows XP: {local disk}:\Documents and Settings\{username}\My Documents\My Games\StarConflict\
- Windows Vista / 7: {local disk}:\Users\{username}\Documents\My Games\StarConflict\
- MacOS: Users\{username}\Library\Application Support\StarConflict\
Please, take a recent file from Exceptions folder. Also, attach all these files:
- DeviceCaps.log
- game.log
- game.net.log
- user_config.cfg
DxDiag is a your system configuration giagnosys tool.
Use this instruction to make a DxDiag.
The System Information Profile is OS X's Dxdiag information
1. Select "About This Mac" from the Apple Menu (The picture of the Apple on the System Menubar)
- If you have OS X 10.6 ( Snow Leopard ) - Click the "More Info..." button on the "About This Mac" dialog that appears.
- If you have OS X 10.7 ( Lion ) - Click the "System Report" button on the "About This Mac" dialog that appears.
2. Select "Save" from the System Profiler File menu
3. Save to a file on your Desktop in Rich Text Format (RTF)"
4. By default this creates a file named .rtf
5. Save the information as this file type
6. Attach the files
