If you have not received oil barrels, please make sure that the money has been withdrawn from your account.
Restart the game / device and check the Internet connection.
If the issue persists, please, submit a ticket to our support system regarding the issue and provide the following information:
- Your ingame nickname and player UID. You can find UID by pressing "Didn't get the oil?" button in the shop menu.
- Email linked to game profile (for android version).
- Invoice screenshots in iTunes / Google Wallet.
- Amount of missing oil.
