This error message means that there occurred a file read error while processing the files pkg_local or pkg_user.
If this error appears after installation of one of the game modifications, e.g. custom skin, mission or map, then please delete the modification.
Alternatively, if you use a CDK on your own - beware, the error is somewhere in your mod. In this case you might need to look for help here or here.
