Please note that the following instructions are valid only for the ARC transactions and ARC game accounts.
If the payment is confirmed, but the purchased items do not appear on your account, please do the following:
- Log into the game via ARC
- Go to Galactic standards purchase menu
- Press the Check balance button
If you still don't see your funds within the game, please contact ARC support regarding your issue.
Warning: if you buy anything for your ARC account anywhere but in ARC, will be credited to your account only if you log into the original version of the game which can be downloaded here.
