Please note, the support team does not manage bug reports, for this purpose exists a special service: https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/wtm, which is regularly reviewed by the personnel responsible for gathering information, and forwarding it to the devteam.
Your can report an issue directly through the game:
Or you can submit a report at https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/wtm.
For this you would need to sign in under your account, and click the "Report issue" button.
In the opened page summarize your issue in the title, and provide a detailed description of the problem in the section below, if possible, with steps to reproduce it. Then select the platform on which you play the game, a category for this issue, and the version of the game, which you can see during the loading of the game client. Then attach all files required for the selected category, such as game client logs, launcher logs, screenshots or video with the demonstration of the issue.
Q&A section:
1) How can I find the version of the game client?
If you are reporting a bug through the in-game option, then the version of the game will be written automatically. If you are submitting a report, you can see the version of the game on the "checking the data" screen:
2) What are game client logs, and where are they located?
Logs — key method of detecting bugs.
Game client logs reflect all actions that were made by the user during the game session.
To get client logs, please close the game client (make sure that the game is closed and not minimized). Then attach the game log to your bug report. It is located in:
Android:
Device\Internal storage\Android\media\com.gaijingames.wtm\files\logs\aces folder, file named "debug" - it is required to get the most recent file by creation date (after the issue has occurred).
*Note that the log folder may be hidden in some file managers. You can make it visible in the app settings.
iOS:
For devices based on iOS the directory to logs looks like this: files\War Thunder Mobile
file named «aces.clog» — it is required to get the most recent file by creation date (after the issue has occurred).
