For Windows XP:
You need to download Process Explorer utility and run it. You can download it for free from the official Microsoft website.
Find and select the crashed process (aces.exe or Launcher.exe), right click on the line with the process name and select Create Dump> Create Full Dump.
For Windows Vista or Windows 7, 8, 10:
These operation systems allow to create crash dumps directly from Task Manager.
- Run Task Manager (C:\\Windows\SysWOW64\taskmgr.exe) and open the "Processes" tab.
- Click on the checkbox "Show processes from all users" (For Windows 7 and Vista).
- Find and select the fallen process (aces.exe or Launcher.exe), right-click and select "Create a memory dump file."
- After the dump file has been successfully created, click "OK" and check the specified folder. Submit* the file to our support team as part of your ticket submission.
You can upload the file to any web file storage(e.g. Google Drive) and provide our support specialists with a direct link to it.
