1. How is the market catalog updated?
The market catalog, or 'tradable items', comprise of two major categories:
- Past-season Battle Pass items, updated each month
- Market-exclusive items, released initially through exclusive bundles. These bundles appear independently, or as part of Major Events.
To purchase an item, go to the "Market" tab on the bottom right of the main lobby.
Cick on the item you are interested in, and click on the "buy" button to create a bid for the item.
Set the price to bid for and click "Confirm".
The amount you bid will be deducted from your game account, which will be used to conclude the transaction.
When you retract your bid or if it expires (72 hrs), your amount will be refunded.
When there is an offer equal to or lower than your bid price, the purchase is made automatically.
You can also buy an item without an order by clicking "buy" to the right of the item you're interested in, in the request/offer list.
Eligible items can be put up for sale from the main page of the Market's "Inventory" tab.
When selling an item, you will be charged a 20% commission. Take this into account when specifying the price.
All equipment installed on the ship will be sold along with the ship. Camouflages and flags not installed on your ship will also disappear from your inventory at the time of putting the ship up for sale.
You can specify your price and wait until a buyer will come, or you can specify the price already offered by other players and then the offer will sell automatically.
Some equipment, such as title-locked, or gacha-prizes, are not available for sale. You must switch them out before being able to sell your ship.
All items you put up for sale are displayed in the "My offers" -> "Sell" section of the Market page.
You can remove any of them from the market and return them to your inventory by clicking the "Remove" button.
All transaction are final.
Players are not entitled to any refunds, cancellations or rollbacks on completed transactions made through the Market.
There are certain conditions to accessing the in-game Market:
- The game account must be at least level 7.
- At least one authorization method must be connected to the game account. (The account must not be a guest account).
- The Artcoin balance must be positive. Negative balance can happen when refunds are made on certain bundles.
- The account must not have restrictions imposed as part of a penalty.
7. Can players trade among themselves for their price?
Direct, player-to-player sales are not part of the mechanics of the market.
This is an intentional design decision to prevent private deals which more often than not involve real-world money.
We have no plans to introduce this mechanism in the game.
Check your buy orders by going to Market > My Orders > Buy.
When you create a purchase order, the amount is deducted from your account.
The ship is most likely waiting for you in your Fleet.
It is not possible to have two same ships on one account.
Though tempting, it is forbidden to abuse the Market as a means to transfer Artcoins from one account to another, even if the accounts are yours.
Such actions can lead to restrictions, including but not limited to account-level bans.
See points 1 and 3 above.
You can choose a suitable for your lot at a specified price from the existing offers for sale by viewing the characteristics of the item.
You can also specify your own price at which you want to buy an item, in which case the lot with the lowest price on the market will be automatically selected.
If there is no item with the appropriate price, your request will be active until it appears (72 hours).
The amount deducted from your account to purchase the item will then be returned to your account.
Go to the bottom tab at the left hand menu, and click 'Buyout'.
The Buyout menu is a place where you can immediately dispose of items at a fixed price.
Beware of the Buyout price. They are intentionally low, meant to be a 'guaranteed revenue' for sellers.
