You can always send a complaint about the violation of chat rules to the official support. This is the first stop for such things. Send the offender's player ID, a screenshot of his profile, and screenshots of the violation.

If you are sure that the blocking is not legitimate, please contact support.
If you have a complaint about the actions of a moderator - contact support, attach a screenshot proving the guilt of a moderator or your innocence.
Moderators do their best. If there is no moderator, take a screenshot of the offense and send them to the support team or moderators in private messages. Don't forget to attach the player ID. Send them to the "game moderators on duty".
A game moderator can only be appointed by the project administration.
Artstorm does not actively recruit moderators, nor do we recruit them on a regular basis.
A user may become a moderator when he has proven to the game administration AND the community in positive ways that he/she is knowledgeable in the game, knows and keeps the rules (is not above them), has good manners and intentions, and most of all, is someone trustworthy.
