1. What is a battle pass? And what is it for?
- Battle Pass (BP) gives you the opportunity to earn unique rewards within each new season.
- A Battle Pass season starts at the first of month, and is available until the end of month.
- A Battle Pass includes three levels and has 40 progress stages.
2. What are the three levels of a Battle Pass?
- Standard Battle Pass (Green Rewards) - available to all players who complete up to the stage
- Premium Battle Pass (Blue Reward) - obtainable after buying premium BP and completing up to the stage + 5 stages
- VIP Battle Pass (Purple Rewards) - exclusive awards given immediately upon purchase + 10 stages
3. How do I get awards in Battle Passes?
- All Battle Pass awards are associated with a Battle Pass stage.
- A Battle Pass stage requires 40 Battle Pass Points to clear.
- To clear Battle Pass stages and progress through the Pass, you must earn Battle Pass Points
4. How do I earn Battle Pass Points?
- Battle Pass Points can be obtained as a reward for completing daily missions, and sometimes from Daily/Advertisement Containers.
- Some BP points can be obtained as a reward for just logging in the game every day.
- Battle Pass stages can also be purchased by paying with gold. To purchase a stage, click on the stage number above the corresponding stage in the BP menu.
- The price for purchasing stages is proportionate to the Battle Pass Points required up to that stage. One stage, worth 30 BP points, costs 750 gold.
5. How many points do you need to clear a single Battle Pass season?
- All Battle Passes have a total of 40 stages.
- Each stage requires 30 BP points.
- Therefore, you need 1,200 BP points to clear the entire Battle Pass, without purchasing VIP/Premium BPs.
6. I love this season's Battle Pass items! Can I get more of them within the season?
- After you finish the BP and receive its rewards, you may RESET the BP.
- Resetting a Battle Pass will reset BOTH the stage progress and purchases of VIP/Premium Pass.
- Resetting allows you to receive rewards more than once, provided you can clear the stages again, as well as purchase the VIP/Premium Pass again if you want the blue/purple rewards as well.
7. How many times can I reset a Battle Pass?
- A Battle Pass can be reset 7 more times per season.
- Each reset costs 5,000 gold
8. Is it possible to upgrade from premium to VIP Battle Pass?
- It is possible, but not in an incremental fashion.
- You have to pay the full price of the VIP pass regardless of whether you purchased the Premium Pass already.
9. The port incorrectly displays the battle pass time. 364 days remaining?
- This happens when a game client does not contain the current season's Battle Pass = you need to update the game.
10. I bought a battle pass, but the purchase is not credited.
- If you have not received your purchase within 24 hours, please contact official support.
- In the ticket, provide the ID of the game account and attach the receipt of the purchase. It should already be your email.
- To process such requests, we require the transaction number provided by the store. (i.e. Google GPA code, Xsolla transaction code, etc.)
11. How often is the BP updated?
- A Battle Pass season lasts one calendar month.
