1. From what level is in-game chat available?
Local chat is available early on in the game. Global chat will be available players from level 10-12.
Strictly speaking, the level depends on the region. For some countries chat is available later for security reasons. If you do not have chat available after level 12, contact official support.
The available regional chat depends on the language of the device.
To change the chat language, change the UI language in Settings > Language, then restart the game.
We deploy a battery of filters to mask profanities.
If you do not want any words to be filtered, you can opt-out in Settings > Game > Profanity Filter
If you think a word/phrase was unnecessarily filtered, we would appreciate it if you would submit a bug through official support!
There are many reasons:
- The player sent too many same messages within a short timeframe, triggering an auto-mute
- The player was reported by another player, and was given a restriction - chat ban
The player was muted on scene directly by a Chat Moderator
If you think there was a mistake in your restriction (mute), please contact the official support.
Chat rules are available from within the chat lobby
Click the "i" button left to the text input field, at the bottom of the chat interface.
A popup will be displayed, listing the chatroom rules.
