1. At what level is in-game chat available?
In-game chat will be available to the player from level 10-12. Also depends on the region, for some countries chat is available later for security reasons. If you do not have chat available after level 12, contact support.
2. Where can I send a complaint about a player's behavior?
You can report a chat rules violation to an in-game moderator. Please include the player’s ID and a screenshot of the violation.
If the violation occurred in the match chat, you can also use the in-game player reporting system directly from the match.
3. I was blocked for no reason, how do I get my chat blocked?
If you are sure that the blocking is not legitimate - contact support.
4. I want to complain about the action of a moderator.
If you have a complaint about the actions of a moderator - contact support, attach a screenshot proving the guilt of a moderator or your innocence.
5. How do I change the available chat language?
The available regional chat depends on the language of the device.
6. Where can I read the chat rules?
In the upper right corner of the chat room by clicking on the "?" sign
7. Why was the player banned from the chat room?
7.1 This player has violated some rules of conduct in chat, as a consequence of which his chat was temporarily blocked.
The following messages are forbidden in the chat room:
- personal insult to the player
- slander
- insults of nationality, religion, race
- death threats
- racist remarks
- political posts and provocative slogans
- insults to game developers and administrators
- spam
- explicit provocation and flaming
- overly toxic players that disrupt community interaction
- Nicks that copy the names of the developers and the game administration, and also nicknames that are provocative or offensive are forbidden
7.2 Be friendly, help newcomers and try not to respond to insults.
8. Where is the moderator? How to call a moderator in the game chat.
Moderators try to spend as much of their in-game time as possible monitoring the chat.
First, you can tag @mod under a message that you believe violates the rules or disrupts normal communication in the chat.
If no moderator is available, take screenshots of the violation and send them to Support or directly to the on-duty game moderators via private messages. Please make sure to include the player’s ID.
