Purchases may be credited with a delay. If your purchase has not been activated after 12 hours, please contact support and provide:
- Your game ID
- Your purchase receipt
- Date of purchase.
▫️ 2. I want to make a return of a purchased item.
Only unused in-game content that was purchased within 3 days will be refunded. In rare cases, refunds will be issued on purchases made within 30 days. All refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, please note that you may be denied a refund.
▫️ 3. The payment method I selected is not available, what should I do? An error window appears
