1. I bought a premium item, but didn't get my purchase.
Purchases may be credited with a delay. If more than 12 hours have passed, contact support and provide:
• Player ID,
• purchase receipt with transaction code,
• date of purchase.
2. I want to make a refund.
Refunds apply only to completely unused content, and within 3 days of purchase. In rare cases — up to 30 days. All refund requests are reviewed individually, meaning they may be declined.
3. I have more than enough resources deductible for the refund. Why was the refund denied?
A resource is considered “used” if any transaction occurred after purchase. Even skipping a mission, advancing BP stages, or changing nickname counts as usage, making refunds impossible.
4. The payment method I selected is not available. What should I do?
If the error contains a link — click it and follow the instructions. If it doesn’t help — contact the store’s support (Google/Apple/Xsolla) or Modern Warships official support.
5. I can't pay for in-game purchases or download the game because of country restrictions. What should I do?
