How to check your GPU:
We would recommend using the following program to diagnose your GPU overheating:
1. To diagnose overheating of the video card during the game, please download the TechPowerUp GPU-Z program;
2. Run the program, select the required video card from the list (in case you have several);
3. Check the “Log on file” box in the “Sensors” tab;
4. Once prompted for the location to save the file, select any convenient folder;
5. Run the game, play for a while. If there is a noticeable decrease in FPS or any other problem, please record the time and specify it in the support request;
6. Once the testing is over, disable logging.
Please attach a file with the name “GPU-Z Sensor Log.txt” to the request. You can find this file in the folder that you specified earlier (step 4).
How to check your CPU:
We recommend using the Core Temp program to diagnose processor overheating.

1. Unzip the archive to any folder and run the Core Temp file. The following window will appear:
2. To record temperature logs, run the program, then go to the “Tools” menu and select “Logging On”;
3. Run the game, play for a while (2-3 matches). In case there is a noticeable drop in FPS or any other issue, write down the time and specify it in the suport request;
4. After the testing is over, please disable logging.
Attach a file with the name “CT-Log %date% %time%.csv” to the request. You can find this file in the program folder.
