Login and password to access our games and websites are used from the website Store.gaijin.net, and are identical. Please note, login and nickname may differ - in most cases account's login is your email address.

1. Password recovery
In a situation where you cannot remember your password, please use password recovery system.
To recover the password you need to know account's email address, and the linked phone number (if you linked one to the account).
After you enter correct information, account's email address will receive an email with the link to reset the password of the account.
If you haven't received an email within a few minutes, it could mean the following:
1) The email might be in the spam section of your inbox, please make sure to check your spam folder.
2) You provided incorrect information for the account, or there is no registered account with such details in our system.
2. Account's password change
If you wish to change your current password, you can do this via profile page at Store.gaijin.net, "Settings" section:
1) If your account has 2-step authentication enabled, it would require to enter a one-time passcode from 2-step authentication app, then you will receive an email with the link to change the account's password.
2) If 2-step authentication is not enabled, but the account is linked to a phone number, you will receive SMS with the code, after entering it you will receive an email letter with the link to change the account's password.
3) If there is no linked phone number, or 2-step authentication, you will receive an email letter with the link to change the account's password.
