This email, as well as the activation of the two-step authentication via email, is triggered on accounts that have a confirmed email address and a history of purchases in our projects. It occurs when a login is attempted from a new device and two-step authentication was not previously activated on the account.
If you did not attempt to log in from a new device, please change your account password immediately using the password recovery system, as your login credentials may have been compromised. We also recommend that you take additional steps to secure your account.
If, for any reason, you are unable to access the email account linked to this two-step authentication, please contact the customer support of your email service provider to try to regain access. If you are unable to recover access to your email account, please reach out to our support team, describing your situation in detail and attaching a screenshot confirming that you cannot restore access to your email.
