There are several ways to submit a request to the support team:
1. If you already have a Gaijin account, and you have access to it
2. If you do not have a Gaijin account, or you lost access to it
3. If you are playing mobile games
Before submitting a request, please check the rules of submitting a request to the support in this article.
1. If you already own a Gaijin account, and you have access to it, you can sign in with the account on the support website https://support.gaijin.net/hc/en-us, and click "Sign in":
Once you are signed in, submit a request by clicking "Submit a request" button:
2. If you do not have a Gaijin account, or you lost access to it, then you can submit a new request using the following link: https://support.gaijin.net/hc/en/requests/new
With this method of submitting a request, you need to specify the e-mail address to which you have access to and all further communication with the support service will occur through email. To do this, you need to respond to emails related to the created query.
Also, with this method of submitting a request, only one category will be available for you - "Problems with Registration or Account Recovery". If your question is not related to such kind of problems, please submit an authorized request, as indicated in the paragraph 1.
3. If you are playing mobile games
You can submit a request directly from the game, or via direct link for each game:
