To help us diagnose and troubleshoot your technical issues, we occasionally need detailed system information to fully understand the source of your problem.
To generate your DXDiag file:
Select START | RUN from the windows menu (in Vista/7, use the search dialogue on the start menu) and run "DXDIAG".
This should launch the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
Choose "Save All Information.."
The file should look something like this.
NOTE: By default the "Save as Type" under the file name will be set to "Text File". Save the file to a location on your desktop, and then submit the file to our support team as part of your ticket submission.
